WYgotSOUL

WYgotSOUL is West Yorkshire’s flagship soul platform, co-presented by Leeds-based hip-hop artist/producer ExP and local funk group Jamettone.

Launched at The Domino Club on 15 September 2026, this monthly night acts as a dedicated launching pad and showcase for the region’s best original soul musicians.

The event is broken down into three distinct segments designed to support the local scene:

7pm – 8pm Open Jam
A “no covers” creative space where local musicians can perform completely original music, lyrics, or improvisations. It serves as a direct talent-scouting window, giving artists a chance to be selected for future main stages.
8.15pm – 9.15pm Jamettone House Band
The night’s resident backing ensemble takes the stage for a fully improvised live session alongside guest vocalists and instrumentalists.
9.30pm – 11pm Main Artist Platform
A curated showcase highlighting a stacked line-up of rising, original soul and R&B singer-songwriters from around West Yorkshire.

WYgotSOUL operates as ‘Pay As You Feel’. Pay on your way in, during the breaks, or on your way out!
